Venue: Tuakau Cosmopolitan Club, Restaurant, Tuakau.

Great 4 course special Charity dinner menu by Country Cuisine, welcome drink, wine with meal. Plus Auction of 20 donated items… Fun, friendly, and full of fundraising.
Cause:
To get together funds to start the funding of a St John Ambulance station building in Tuakau. To help the community with emergency medical care and transport.
Why: It can currently take up to 2 hours for Ambulance services from Pukekohe to get to Tuakau and Port Waikato and surrounding districts,
current first response is from the Tuakau Fire station, we need a ambulance based in Tuakau at a Ambulance station
.

Great planning review last Thursday at our Terrific After five presentation by WDC GM Tony. Good progress has been made
on many fronts and from the questions and comments from the floor lots of interest in the future and the consultation is very much appreciated by our community.
Also a special event was the unvieling of the New Alexander Redoubt painting in the conference room at the Tuakau hotel. This re creation of
a original 1860's watercolour by local artist Rae Waterhouse in acrylics and it is special andenhances the conference room and is a
investment by owners Dee & Neil in our heritage. make sure you take a look at this painting in the conference room.....
Enjoy fishing then buy a ticket in the Cossie Club Fishing contest Dec 16th..... lots of fun and lots of prizes and grand auction of fish to support the ambulance station development... tickets from the Tuakau Cossie Club.......
